These distinctive bagels, need no introduction – and are the perfect mix of crisp and airy.
These bagels are not boiled but are slow risen over 24 hours instead - giving them enough time to develop a pleasant sourness. They are liberally doused in our version of the transcendental ‘everything’ topping – sesame, poppy, nigella and a hint of caraway before being baked to a bold brown. Great lathered with a herbed cream cheese and some smoked salmon or just as a toasted accompaniment to fried eggs.
