This classic Italian bread is one of our absolute favourites. The dough is fermented slowly to ensure the bread is completely fluffy and soft on the inside, with a dimpled crust that goes delightfully crisp when toasted. 
Seasoned simply with fresh rosemary, sea salt and cracked black pepper, the bubbly bread is immensely satisfying when warmed and eaten on its own with a bit of olive oil or served alongside a hearty soup!
Dream up a memorable cheese board with olives and other anti-pasti or throw-down a “slab” sandwich with burrata, tomatoes, parma, arugula and balsamico.
